These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the website and services provided by Khushi Sharma, operating as Evolve with KS ("we", "us"). By booking a session, making a donation, or otherwise using this website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Services

We offer paid consultations in astrology, tarot, chakra healing and life-direction guidance, as listed on the Services page. All sessions are conducted privately over Zoom, WhatsApp voice, or as written text replies, at Khushi's sole discretion.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to book a paid consultation.

3. Bookings & payment

• Full payment in INR is collected upfront via Stripe Checkout.
• Your booking is confirmed only after successful payment. Until payment succeeds, no session slot is reserved.
• After a successful payment, you may choose your preferred date and time window through the confirmation page. Khushi will personally reach out to finalise the session within 24 hours.

4. Session conduct

• Please arrive on time. Sessions may be shortened for late arrivals without a refund.
• Kindly cancel or reschedule as early as possible so we can support other clients.
• Abusive, disrespectful or coercive behaviour may result in the session being ended without a refund.

5. Nature of guidance

All astrology, tarot, chakra healing and spiritual guidance services offered by Evolve with KS are intended for personal guidance, reflection and inspiration only. They do not guarantee any specific outcome and are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. Please see our Disclaimer for more.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, images, guides, and blog posts — is the property of Khushi Sharma / Evolve with KS and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Website use

You agree not to attempt to disrupt the website, gain unauthorised access, or use it for unlawful purposes. Automated scraping and unsolicited bulk messaging via our forms is prohibited.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the website or services is limited to the amount you actually paid for the specific session or product giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
