Refund & Cancellation.

We take great care to make every session personal, prepared and worthwhile. This policy describes how refunds and cancellations are handled for paid consultations booked through Evolve with KS.

1. Refunds — case-by-case

Because our sessions involve significant preparation time and personal attention, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis, at Khushi's sole discretion. If you are unhappy with your session or if genuine circumstances prevent you from attending, please write to us and we will do our best to work out a fair resolution — which may include a partial refund, a rescheduled session, or a credit toward a future booking.

2. How to request

Please email skhushi1010@gmail.com within 7 days of your session (or scheduled session date) with:

• Your Stripe payment id or booking session id.
• The service you booked.
• A brief description of the situation.

We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days.

3. Rescheduling

You may reschedule a session at no cost provided you give us at least 24 hours' notice. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the session are considered case-by-case.

4. No-shows

If you do not show up at the agreed time and do not contact us within 24 hours, the session is treated as delivered and no refund is issued.

5. Digital deliverables

For text-based readings (One-Question Reading, Three-Questions Reading, One Question Text, and similar), once the written response has been delivered to your email or WhatsApp, the service is considered fulfilled and refunds are not typically issued.

6. Donations

Donations made via the "Support My Work" page are non-refundable, as they are voluntary gifts and not linked to any specific deliverable.

7. Nature of guidance disclaimer

Refunds will not be issued on the basis that a prediction or guidance did not match your expectations. All astrology, tarot, chakra healing and spiritual guidance services are for personal reflection only and do not guarantee any specific outcome. Please see our Disclaimer.
