A Five-Minute Chakra Check-In for Busy Mornings
You do not need an hour and a meditation cushion. You need five minutes and your honest attention.

This is the practice I return to on the days I least want to. It is simple, quiet, and surprisingly clarifying.
Sit. Soften your jaw. Move your attention slowly up the seven primary energy centres and ask each one a single question: 'What do you need from me today?'
Sometimes the answer is rest. Sometimes it is honesty. Sometimes it is to stop, finally, performing okayness.
Stay close
